Xidulu Lodge offers Kruger Park accommodation at elephant point estate on the banks of the magnificent Sabie River. Here you can enjoy magnificent views over the river and into the Kruger National Park. Elephant Point estate takes its name from the elephant that can frequently be seen drinking and grazing on the banks of the mighty Sabie River.

Self Catering Accommodation

Xidulu Lodge is a self catering holiday home in Kruger Park sleeping eight guests. Each of the stylish bedrooms is furnished with a King-size bed or twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet basin and outdoor shower. Each room enjoys a private patio.

The fully air conditioned home has spacious living areas and large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels in each bedroom and in the lounge.

Outside the expansive deck has a swimming pool, loungers, an undercover area with a dining table and built in braai. There is also a large private boma where you can sit around a central fire and share stories of the day.

Experience an open game vehicle African Safari in one of the world's most beautiful national parks. Elephant Point can arrange a game drive with a very reputable and professional operator. Well trained guides are at the beck and call of each client and are always prepared to go beyond the call of duty. They will share with you their vast knowledge of the bush as well as historical and indigenous experiences of the local communities.

Guests may enjoy a walk on one of our three self-guided walking trails. Choose between Kruger Park Lodge, Skukuza or Sabi River Sun.

The Area

Elephant Point is situated in a region renowned for its natural diversity and concentration of big game, and is undoubtedly one of the best game viewing areas in the Kruger National Park. In addition to elephants, you will see herds of buffalo, prides of lion, leopards and numerous antelope species.

Elephant Point borders the Kruger National Park and is also neighbour to the World famous and exclusive Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The estate is a 5 hour drive from Johannesburg or 60 minutes from the Mpumalanga Kruger airport following a 45-minute flight from Johannesburg.
