Years

Growth and development

Sarvodaya is striving to become financially self-sufficient, but like any NGO, we still rely on donations to support our work. Our ongoing projects across the country will benefit from your support.

Well trained workforce

Let Sarvodaya make your money work where it is needed most and leave a legacy in Sri Lanka. Help create jobs and ensure that we train specialists in their respective fields to further the Sarvodaya mission in Community Development.

Emergency Relief

We do not wait for a disaster to happen to ask for help. Help ensure that we are always ready to respond at times of need and help save lives.

Founder's Message

“Sarvodaya means the Awakening of All – from an individual Human Personality to Humanity as a whole. This awakening has spiritual, moral, cultural, social, economic, and political dimensions. Whatever we do in one of these sectors influences all other sectors.”

DR. A. T. ARIYARATNE – FOUNDER

Sister Organizations

Sarvodaya has several legally independent sister organisations. These organisations champion a variety of development goals, including development finance, social entrepreneurship, ICT Empowerment, Higher Education, youth and women's empowerment, and rural village development.
