The Asia-Pacific Scout Region is home to the largest number of Scouts in the world. Of the Movement's over 57 million members, more than 35 million young people and over 220,000 adult volunteers are registered in Asia-Pacific.

As a branch of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, it fosters the Scout Movement in the region and supports 30 National Scout Organizations.

This flagship project of the Asia-Pacific Support Centre sees street children guided and mentored by trained volunteer Scout leaders, inspiring them to learn teamwork and leadership skills, and assimilate the values of Scouting: “Duty to others” and “Duty to self”.
