In the talk, Elder Packer addresses homosexuality and seeks to answer three questions: 1) Is sexual perversion wrong? 2) Is the tendency to homosexual temptation impossible to change or must one just live with it? 3) If it is wrong and changeable, how can it be corrected? Elder Packer answers that homosexuality is wrong and against moral law, the tendency can be changed through following moral and spiritual principles rather than believing it is preset, and it can be corrected through understanding that the power of procreation is good and meant to be expressed worthily between a husband and wife
