Wristbands will be limited to 6 per family and must be worn on the night to gain entry and collected by an adult, unfortunately if you do not have your wristband on the night, you will be refused entry. Please note adults and children require a wristband for this event.

This event is open to Shildon residents only.

Children over the age of 3 years will require a wristband.

Preloved School Uniform Appeal!

Donate your preloved / new school uniform items to Shildon Town Council.

Available to anyone with children attending schools in the area.

Anyone wanting to donate uniform items, can do so on the days and times noted.

Please note we can only accept laundered items.

Drop off hours.

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Friday 8.30am – 4pm

Christmas Tree Light Switch On 2024

Shildon Town Council invite you to attend the Christmas Tree switch on Friday 6th December 4:30pm at the Town Square.

Followed by Free Family entertainment at Shildon Civic Hall from 5pm.
