The Success.co AI MCP Connector allows you to connect your favorite AI assistants (like Claude and ChatGPT) directly to your Success.co EOS data. Ask questions in natural language and get instant insights about your rocks, issues, todos, meetings, and more — without leaving your AI assistant.

Step 1: Log in to Claude

Go to claude.ai and log in to your Claude account (requires Claude Pro, Team, or Enterprise subscription with MCP support).

Step 2: Add Success.co MCP Server

1. Open Settings
   • Click on your profile/settings icon
   • Navigate to "Integrations" or "Connected Apps"
2. Add New Integration
   • Click "Add Integration" or "Connect New App"
   • Search for "Success.co" or choose "Custom MCP Server"
3. Enter Connection Details
   When prompted, enter:

Server Name: Success.co  
Server URL: https://www.success.co/mcp  

1. Click "Connect"

Step 3: Authenticate with Success.co

1. You'll be redirected to Success.co login page
2. Log in with your Success.co credentials
3. Review the permissions and click "Authorize"
4. You'll be redirected back to Claude

Step 4: Start Asking Questions!

Step 1: Enable MCP in ChatGPT

1. Login to ChatGPT and go to Apps and Connectors
2. Ensure "Developer mode" is turned on.

Step 2: Add Success.co MCP Connector

1. Click "Create"
2. Choose "Custom MCP Server"
3. Enter these details:

Name: Success.co  
MCP Server URL: https://www.success.co/mcp  
Authentication: OAuth  

1. Click "Connect"

Step 3: Authenticate

1. You'll be redirected to Success.co login
2. Enter your Success.co credentials
3. Authorize ChatGPT to access your Success.co data
4. Return to ChatGPT

Anything! It's your data and you'll think of great ways to work with it that we can't even think of but here are some examples of what you can do:

Yes! The AI MCP Connector is included with all Success.co subscriptions at no additional cost.

Which AI assistants are supported?

This should work with the AI that supports MCP connectors but we have been testing with:

• ✅ Claude Pro/Team/Enterprise
• ✅ ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Team/Enterprise

Can my whole team use this?

Yes! Each team member can connect their own AI assistant using their Success.co credentials. They'll only see data they have permission to access.

Does the AI store my data?

No. The AI assistant fetches data from Success.co in real-time when you ask questions. Neither Success.co nor the AI assistant stores your conversation history.

Is this secure? Can Success.co see my questions or AI conversations?

No. We have zero visibility into:

• Your questions to the AI
• The AI's responses
• Your conversation history
• What data the AI requests

We only see:

• When a connection is authenticated (you logged in)
• When a data request is made (timestamp only, not the content)
• Basic security metadata (IP address, for 30 days only)

This is by design - we built a "zero-knowledge" system where your privacy is protected.

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes! Claude and ChatGPT mobile apps support MCP connections. Once you've connected the integration on the web, it will be available on your mobile apps automatically. And these apps allow you to talk to you data!

Is there a rate limit?

For normal usage, no limits apply. If you make an unusually high number of requests, you may be temporarily rate-limited. Contact [email protected] if you have special requirements.

Pro tip - Voice mode!
With the Claude and ChatGPT apps, you can use voice mode to ask questions and add items. e.g. You get a complaint from a customer while driving; you can say "Create issue 'Customer is upset'". You'll love it!

Note: Make sure you have a paid subscription to your chosen AI assistant (Claude Pro or higher, or ChatGPT Plus or higher) as MCP integrations are not available on free tiers.
