Alle Erdgeschosswohnungen verf�gen �ber eine Einbruchssicherung und die Fenster im zweiten Stock, die vom Erdgeschoss aus erreichbar sind, sind ebenfalls einbruchsicher. Der Vorteil dieser Einheiten ist, dass Sie sich sicher f�hlen, Ihre pers�nlichen Sachen in einer alarmierten Einheit zu hinterlassen.
