Step

Put 2 tbsp apple-cider vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 5cm grated piece of ginger and a pinch of cayenne pepper in a teapot.

Step

Bring 500ml filtered water to a boil, then add to the teapot and infuse for a few minutes.

Step

Add stevia to taste, strain into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately.
