TERRE HAUTE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00pm EST

You must appear at 8:30am for City Court for Infraction and Misdemeanor Cases

Ordinance Court is held the first and second Tuesday of each month at 10:30am

All shirts/blouses must have sleeves

"Walk-ins" are NOT currently allowed

• If you appear after 9am (or after 10:30am for Ordinance Court), you may NOT be allowed in the courtroom for your court hearing. Please arrive on time for check-in.
