Environmental and sustainability consultancy SLR Consulting has expanded its Midlands archaeology operation, appointing industry veteran Gareth Davies to lead a growing regional team serving developers across the region.
Davies joins as archaeology technical director and will head a team based across Nottingham and Birmingham as SLR looks to capitalise on increasing demand for heritage and planning expertise linked to development projects.
