It’s not every day you turn 180, and Loewe is making the most of it. To celebrate, the Spanish brand is pairing its iconic bags with a few famous friends. Talia Chetrit has shot a campaign starring Kara Wai, Giselle of Aespa, Sissy Spacek, Julia Garner, Salma Abu-Deif, and Kara Walker with the Puzzle bag, Flamenco clutch, and reintroduced Amazona.

The party doesn’t stop there. Along with the campaign, the brand will release a capsule collection, an animated film, and 180 Years of Craft, a publication dedicated to the brand’s history. If you’re into fashion history or just love really nice bags, it’s worth digging into the archives to see where it all started and learn about the brand’s celebrity fans, such as Diana Ross, Kate Moss, and Leighton Meester. It also details the house’s line of creative directors, like Jonathan Anderson, Karl Lagerfeld, Giorgio Armani, and the current duo, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, formerly of Proenza Schouler. Here’s a preview.
