Many people are "afraid to cross" Sean "Diddy" Combs.

The hip-hop mogul was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution last month. He has denied all allegations, pleaded not guilty and is currently awaiting trial in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.

Despite 120 people plan to sue Diddy, according to attorney Tony Buzbee, others are weary of "crossing him" since he is a "powerful" man, even behind bars. Buzbee said that 120 individuals involved, allege that the rapper exploited and sexually abused them. Twenty-five cases from the reported victims were minors, with one person who was just nine-years-old at the time.

A source told PEOPLE: "He's so powerful. Everyone was afraid to cross him. Even though he's behind bars now, he's still so powerful. We all knew it even back then. Everyone always chalked it up to being a creative genius when it came to his obsession with controlling things."

The source also referred to Diddy as "incredibly smart." They stated that the I'll Be Missing You singer also "knows a lot of people" and had "helped a lot of people," so he is well aware that they "owe him." Even though he is behind bars, Diddy is still "capable of a lot, even now."

According to Buzbee, demand letters have been addressed to certain celebrities because it is anticipated that they could be identified as defendants. Allegedly, stars have already been making their settlements before the legal documents are filed. He clarified to TMZ that his company will bring charges against all parties involved in the cases —not just the ones who are accused of physically abusing victims.

Buzbee plans to implicate those who allegedly witnessed the crimes, those who were aware of them, and people who either actively assisted in covering up the assaults or helped organize the "freak off" parties. Buzbee did not specify who these celebrities are, but did claim that they are big household names.

Another attorney, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, also alleged that she's aware of a star who is "more high profile than Mr Combs" in a pornographic video. She believes the individual was unaware that they were being recorded.
