Sean 'P Diddy' Combs has launched a third bid to be released from jail as he awaits trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

The 54-year-old rapper is being held in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center as he faces charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He has denied all charges against him.

Combs has been denied bail twice by the Southern District of New York. His legal team has now filed a third appeal for pretrial release with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Combs' legal team is now requesting his immediate release from prison on appropriate bail conditions. The rapper's legal team cited alleged legal errors in the court's decision, as well as alleged insufficient evidence for detention.

In the latest filing, Diddy's attorneys have proposed banning women from entering his home as part of the bail conditions. The only female visitors to his own home would be family or the mothers of his children.

Diddy's legal team has also said the disgraced music mogul has promised to undergo weekly drug tests and not meet with anyone considered to be a witness. Combs has also pledged to provide a visitors log, according to the bail package obtained by The Hollywood Reporter.

Diddy 's legal team has argued he does not hold a conceivable flight risk, despite claims made by federal prosecutors. His legal team have argued he is "not a threat to the community".

Diddy was arrested last month on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pled not guilty in court.

Combs is also facing the possibility of new civil lawsuits. Attorney Tony Buzbee said 120 people are planning to sue Diddy, alleging the rapper exploited them and sexually abused them.

Diddy has denied the new allegations against him. His attorney, Erica Wolff, said in a statement: "As Mr Combs' legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors."

She continued: "He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."
