BOSTON - The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America following the findings of the investigation and the proceedings of the Spiritual Court has relieved Archimandrite Chrysostomos Gilbert from his priestly duties of the Holy Trinity Cathedral and continues his liturgical suspension until further determination.Also, Archbishop Elpidophoros “directed Fr. St. Demetrios Celebrates Graduates Sunday in Upper Darby, PA
UPPER DARBY, PA – The community of St.Demetrios in Upper Darby celebrated the achievements of their graduates on June 7. Anna Serefeas-Koulas addressed the high school, undergraduate, and graduate students as the Keynote Speaker after the Divine Liturgy. A lovely reception followed in the Community Center. NICOSIA – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reportedly supports a “new initiative” by the United Nations to bringing a resumption of formal negotiations Cyprus problem, the CyprusMail reports.
