ATHENS - The Greek Supreme Court has published a ruling accepting a proposal by Deputy Prosecutor Sofoklis Logothetis to overturn a decision by the Piraeus Court of Appeal Judicial Council that had recently ordered the release of Alexandros Giotopoulos, who was serving 17 life sentences for his role in the November 17 terrorist organisation.
