As earnings season winds down, few catalysts are on the horizon, so we'll keep a large cash position.
Prepare for Volatility This Week
The market will rally this week, but it's likely to be overbought enough on an intermediate-term basis for it to head down again.
Last week's rally had very little buying pressure and this week's decline has very little selling pressure.
Two important ones to keep an eye on are the Index put/call ratio and the Equity put/call ratio.
