Welcome to The Tilian Partnership, a high-performing primary Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) based in Suffolk. Our vision and values are centred around three key themes:

At Tilian, we believe in empowering our schools to remain in control of their curriculum, finances, and major decisions, always putting the best interests of our pupils first. Unlike many MATs, we actively involve our local governance Chairs and Headteachers in MAT decisions to ensure that we provide the services that schools truly need.

We are committed to providing all schools with high-quality School Improvement support. Our dedicated team works collaboratively with schools and external practitioners to help Headteachers develop their schools, ensuring continuous growth and success.

Recognising the crucial role of Headteachers in the success of a school, we prioritise their well-being. We offer support services such as confidential, half-termly coaching sessions with an independent and trained coach, as well as the creation of a new role focused on providing ongoing support for heads in a completely confidential manner.
