Glastonbury is the UK’s biggest (and arguably best) music festival. Taking place at Worthy Farm each summer, it boasts more than 100 stages and attracts more than 200,000 music lovers. It’s also notoriously difficult to get tickets for.

The 2024 edition saw Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA headline the Pyramid Stage, with a load of other epic performances from the likes of Femi Kuti, Confidence Man, Olivia Dean and Jamie XX – as well as some iconic secret sets.

What’s the lineup for 2025 and who’s headlining?

Nothing has been officially announced yet. However, there are plenty of rumours floating around about who will headline the festival: including Eminem, Rihanna and Madonna. Oasis recently confirmed they will not be stopping by to play the Worthy Farm festival next year, following details of their reunion tour.

Last year, Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA headlined Glasto and Shania Twain took the Legends Slot. Little Simz, Burna Boy, K-pop boy band Seventeen, Idles, Disclosure, The National, Avril Lavigne, Cyndi Lauper, Olivia Dean, Anne-Marie, The Last Dinner Party and Camila Cabello also played.

When is the 2025 lineup announced?

The line-up is usually announced after the first round of ticket sales take place.

How much are Glastonbury tickets?

Prices for the 2025 event haven’t been confirmed yet. However, tickets for Glastonbury 2024 were £360: £355, plus a £5 booking fee (and coach fees, if applicable). It was an increase of £20 from the 2023 event, which cost £335 plus booking fee.

Glastonbury co-organiser Emily Eavis put out a statement to justify the hike in 2023, saying: ‘We have tried very hard to minimise the increase in price on the ticket but we’re facing enormous rises in the costs of running this vast show, while still recovering from the huge financial impact of two years without a festival because of Covid.’

When do 2025 tickets go on sale?

Glastonbury tickets normally go on sale in November and details are usually announced in October, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet. Last year, tickets went on sale on Sunday, November 19, and coach ticket packages went on sale on November 16.

When does registration open for Glastonbury 2025?

As usual, you’ll have to register to buy tickets and attend the festival. Registration for Glastonbury is now open. This does not guarantee you a ticket.

When is the next Glastonbury fallow year?

To protect the farmland, the festival previously had ‘fallow years’ every four to five years. Festival organiser Emily Eavis has confirmed that the next fallow year will be 2026.

When is the Glastonbury ticket resale?

For the 2024 festival, the ticket resale took place on April 18 for coach packages and April 21 for general admission. Usually the ticket resale takes place in Spring.

How many Glastonbury tickets can you buy in the resale?

For 2024, the coach package resale was limited to two tickets per transaction, while general admission resale was limited to four tickets per transaction.
