• Adelfio Fredrick Lamonto Jr. made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-second degree charge, a burglary-third degree charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a trespass-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 30. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Huntley Fields made an initial appearance on an escape from custody-felon charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Sept. 30. Fields is being held without bond.

• Bonnie Lou Barton made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge and a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 23. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Oct. 2. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

• Christopher William McClain made an initial appearance on an assault while displaying a dangerous weapon charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 8. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Kikey TK Esa made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and a leaving the scene of an accident/failure to provide aid or information charge. Esa pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driver’s license charge the fine is 260witha260 with a 260witha39 surcharge and 55incourtcostsforatotalof55 in court costs for a total of 55incourtcostsforatotalof354. • Saphrona Marie Baker made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• Victor Scott Tersdahl pleaded guilty to a dog at large charge and the fine is 250witha250 with a 250witha37.50 surcharge and 60incourtcostsforatotalof60 in court costs for a total of 60incourtcostsforatotalof347.50.

• Edward Lewis Huffaker made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

• Diego Nathanel Murillo made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a speeding charge and a dark windows/windshield charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 8.

• On Tuesday, Sept. 17, Kate Reynoldson, 42, was arrested for theft-third degree-shoplifting.
