Sydney Jade Culbertson, 15, of Montour, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at home due to a sudden illness. Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 23, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the South Tama County Community High School in Tama with Pastor Steve Brant officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Montour. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 22, 2024, from 2-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Survivors include her parents, Jason and Missy Culbertson, of Montour; her twin sister, Whitney Culbertson, and siblings: Carter, Kiley and Kelsey Culbertson; grandparents, Tom and Debbie Williams, of Montour, John Culbertson, of Toledo, and Rene and Chuck Thompson, of Tama; great-grandma, Sally Mason, of Toledo; one uncle; one cousin and several other cousins, aunts and uncles.
