Scholarship Program
Scholarship Program
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), and Mondelēz International are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of TMCF’s member schools that include 47 publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs). Fifteen (15) scholars will be selected to receive a fall need-based scholarship up to $9,000 for the 2024-2025 academic school year (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).
Benefits
- Scholarships of up to 9,000peryear(9,000 per year (9,000peryear(4,500 per semester)
- Professional development on TMCF’s online learning platform to develop career soft skills such as resume building, communication and interviewing, and leadership strategies
- Gallup Assessment & Coaching to identify strengths to prepare for career planning and college success
- Immersion Bootcamp will be a unique scholar career preparation engagement during the spring semester of sophomore year
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a graduating senior in high school for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
- Be enrolled full-time as an incoming freshman at a TMCF member school during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
- Open to all majors
- Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Able to demonstrate a financial need.
- Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551.
