Negotiate all aspects of film agreements with talent agents and lawyers (including profit participation, rights agreements, co-production, and overall/first look deals) in direct liaison with the relevant stakeholders within the studio.

Provide administrative and organizational support to the partner, including scheduling, email correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Assist with client research, tracking literary trends, and occasionally helping with submissions or client-related materials.
Handle submissions to studios, production companies, and networks; assist in tracking project status and responses. Provide creative input through script coverage, development notes, and feedback for ongoing projects.
Handle scheduling, phones, meeting coordination, and general calendar management for the manager and clients.
Read and evaluate scripts, providing insightful notes and feedback. Support the team by updating databases, tracking client activities, and helping maintain project organization.
Lead all phases of quantitative research projects, including research design, questionnaire development, data analysis and storytelling. The role will primarily focus on quantitative studies, but with some qualitative research exposure.
