Awesome people doing great things

I had an issue with a payday being on a holiday, soon as I contacted support they responded immediately and quickly corrected the issue. They were fast, kind, and treated me with me respect. Much appreciated. Thank you Earnin' for being there to help out when I needed you most.

Updating info

I had quite a few things happening with my banking. I was first notified of fraud on my bank account, which then needed to be closed. Due to that, I actually switched banking institutions. That information needed to be updated and it was a recent change, so my repay would have been affected. In addition to the new banking information, my place of work was acquired by a new company and my payroll dates were changed, along with the timing of a new pay check. It was a mess to work through and Joyce was incredibly patient, timely and very kind. This application has been helpful and a relief to have. The customer service is great and I truly feel they do their best to help people. I appreciate all the help, especially in difficult situations such as this!

Jerson G. Was very kind and patient. I had to link a new bank account, which took a lot of time with double verification from my bank.. then I had to log into my work account and take photos of my paystubs . This took a lot of time and Jerson G was patient and offered detailed instructions on what I needed to do! A+++ customer service on the agents part!! Thank you.

Don't t waste your time

Don't t waste your time. Borrowed from them twice which proved to be 2 times too many. I applied indicating I get paid once a month, typically on the 30th. 1st time, no problem. But the 2nd time however is where the gaslighting and breach of the contract begin. Instead of depositing their "ACH" on the 30th as mutually and contractually agreed upon, they took it upon their selves (and without prior notice OR disclosure at the time I applied) to debit the funds on the 27th.
When questioned about this practice and the fact that my max was now reduced by 150 bucks, their explanation was because the 30th fell on a weekend they deposited it on the 27th. Wait! What?! They did not take in consideration that OUR contract was for them to be paid on the 30th, nor the fact that depositing it before funds were made available would create more of a financial hardship due to NSF fees.
But the kick in the pants is EarnIn then penalized ME, by reducing my 'borrowing limit' because the funds they agreed to take on the 30th wasn't there on the 27th.
Moral of the story? Don't do "business" with EarnIn. Crush cans, look in-between the sofa cushions, heck check the ashtray in your car-but WHATEVER you do don't do it with this scam!

The Earnin app is a life saver! I’m so appreciative of this app! Making it easy for me to cash out as quickly as possible. Any issues I may have they have a 24 hr chat line. My recent experience with a representative was great! He was very knowledgeable, efficient and helped with my problem.

EarnIn is the worst app ever

EarnIn is the worst app ever. The information is not clear.
They block your funds without any notification, under the argument that the information is not accurate when the information has not changed for the last year!!! Everything is via chat and no person to talk to.

Swift and sweet save!!!

Not safe

earnin is a great app! i'm able to receive money from my future paycheck with different options either by transfer to my bank account instantly at a fair fee or a day wait. a tip is optional. i am able to use this app a lot with really no limit if needed. i'm happy it is available.
