Raghu is the absolute best

I had the most amazing experience with Raghu today. I called in to get various information about what GoDaddy offers as I have been shopping around. Hands down Raghu was not only knowledgeable & attentive but he truly made me feel as if he cared about getting me the right products for my business. He was very easy to talk to and asked a lot of stimulating questions. After several weeks of shopping around and speaking (most places only offer chat) to other website platforms I know I made the right choice! Thank you Raghu!

What law does Godaddy Crime Unit follow and from whom does it get its powers?

Godaddy can close your entire account without any explanation.
They have Digital Crime Unit...
They detect, judge and punish.
Which country's law do you act according to?

They can seize all domains, hosting and services in your account.

This is called extortion..

All of the following are corporate sites, but according to Godaddy Crime Unit, these sites can be seized by Godaddy for committing crimes.

GoDaddy’s US-based sales and support…

GoDaddy’s US-based sales and support team has always be so incredibly helpful. I have never had a bad call with them. I am always able to talk through a situation with them and I know they are not just reading off cue cards. Not sure how they compare price-wise because I honestly don’t care to go anywhere else.

#1 Customer Service and a REAL PERSON!

I had to contact GoDaddy today for what turned out to be my error.
However, I first tried the chat which could not help but was so very helpful in giving me the phone number of a representative to call.
I called the number and immediately got the phone answered and within not even a 1 minute a real live person - Jonathan - was there talking with me!
Jonathon was such a pleasure to deal with. He was calm, sounded and had the energy of being relaxed which calmed me down immediately.
He kept me informed of every step and even gave me recommendations on what could be done. He was so kind, professional, patient, understanding and incredibly knowledgable.
I've been a GoDaddy customer for many, many years and not only do I highly recommend them, their customer service has always been #1 in my eyes!

The second GoDaddy rep Aldrin was…

The second GoDaddy rep Aldrin was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, professional, patient helpful and he cared deeply to solve my issue. Which he did, rather quickly.
Now, the issue was that GoDaddy removed my website (hosted by another company) since I was entitled to free website from GoDaddy. They assumed I would start a new one with them. No interest! What they did was unethical, did not ask my permission and I would venture to say, potentially illegal. My website was down. So I may have lost potential business.
Many thanks to Aldrin for understanding the issue and restoring my website. He was the savior! I am now very cautious to recommend GoDaddy because of their unethical standards. Thank you Aldrin for solving my issue.

Every time I have called for help

Every time I have called for help, I have always been treated kindly. This last call I was in panic mode as I am not a tech savvy person and my website went down due to a missed payment after my father in law passing away (he purchased domain names for my nonprofit) the gentleman helping me today was creative and able to get our website up and running again in a hop skip and a beat and I cannot be more thankful! That man deserves a raise!

GoDaddy website tech support

The tech Jose gave clear & concise directions to edit my website menu buttons. And he also tested the update on his end to see if the new name would fit with my theme.
Every time I have an issue GoDadddy support & tech staff are knowledgeable and patient as they teach me about all the amazing website features.

Horrible experienceI changed my URL - what a disaster!! After being assured it would all transfer across, months later and my footers are cactus, my logo doesn't show and many, many other errors. Apparently this is due to some security issue that NONE OF THEM could resolve. The stress this caused went on for months. Small businesses don't need this kind of experience. I had paid for FIVE YEARS of hosting. They would not refund me even though they are NOT providing the service I paid for. I wish I had seen this review page earlier. Next step, legal action...

Michael saved the day!

I had an issue with a previous GoDaddy rep literally deleting my page because she was upset with me. Michael found the setting restore button for me, and showed me how to use it. He let me know that I was a valued customer and that the other rep had no reason to be as rude as she was. He was certainly a good employee and a good representation of what a Go Daddy customer service person should be.

Top notch company

Top notch company, product and people in every respect. Just got off the phone w/ customer service, and as always it was a very pleasant experience. I had a billing/account issue and a technical problem, and the account rep did his piece then solved the tech problem without another call, and friendly as could be the whole time.

Godaddy is great

Godaddy is great, everything you need in one place to help you get your business going, they've thought of almost everything, I say almost because there's always room for improvement. Just a few things that come to mind atm with the email marketing, doesn't appear to be a way to insert fields such the recipients, company name as you would in a mailmerge. Also the email looks good on the mobile but on the pc/laptop it comes up quite narrow in the middle of the email, ok as an advertising type email but I wanted to make the email look more like a natural email. Only putting it on here as couldn't see where to put feedback on your website other then calling you of course.

What I love most about GoDaddy is that they provide 24/7 support unlike some other providers. They actually provide contact info that is easy to locate and are eager to assist customers with questions and issues.

The technician: (Glen) at GoDaddy addressed the issues I was having with my website not showing up on GoDaddy after my Domain Name Transfer. He immediately recognized the glitch and was able to correct it promptly. He was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

Always great service

I have been using GoDaddy's services for several years and have consistently been satisfied with every aspect of their offerings. Their pricing is reasonable, and they frequently provide excellent deals. The customer support team is both courteous and knowledgeable, always ready to listen and assist with any issues that arise, though I must add that problems are quite rare.
