From hero to zero

Old customer here. As usual in this platform, paid reviews are the king. But believe me, if you had known Liquid Web before Covid-19, you would have known the best hosting company. Now I'm paying for a managed VPS that has nothing to do with management. Every time you have a problem, the chat is useless, you'll be chatting with someone very far away (not to specify the Asian country) who will have you wasting your time for an hour without a solution to your problem.

I'll be leaving as soon as my prepaid period ends.

My most recent experience with Liquid Web's support team reflects the same level of excellence it always has. I have never had better support from any company for anything. They respond immediately and _always_ solve the problem in short order, even when quite complicated. Service just does not get any better.

Smooth server migration

I had to migrate from one server to another. Chris and the team took their time to diligently get the right information and allow me enough time to do the needed testing in order to make sure all data is fully functional.

Awesome Support and a Real Problem solver

I regretfully don't have the persons name listed but he did an awesome job and we solved a problem I was facing with an external APP (ActiveCollab) for over a week in an online WA session with me in 30 minutes

Loooong Time Customer... First Review!

I have been a customer for many, many years, and I've never left a review! Unbelievable! Anyway, whenever I need help, Liquid Web has the best support anywhere - today for example I needed an email DKIM fixed for a client or I was going to lose the business, they jumped on and resolved my issue while I waited, saved all the old emails and just took care of it!

Excellent Host Company and Most Excellent Support

As an almost 70 year old with serious health issues I was extremely stressed when I got an email from my prior host that my legacy was being shut down and I had to migrate.
Blessed was I to have found Liquid Web. I found an account with all I needed and with an affordable charge.
Then the migration process had to begin. I gathered all information I thought would help the migration team and I could not have been more pleased with the incredible support I received both via phone and the ticket system. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and I would and will be recommending Liquid Web to anyone I know seeking a most excellent company and hosting partner.

Live Webinar - Cancelled w/o Notification

I recently signed up for a "Navigating SEO's evolution in the AI era" webinar with Liquid Web. I am new to marketing, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to get my feet wet. I tried to load in for about 10-15 minutes, and it wasn't letting me in, so I was live chatting with someone from the website. They couldn't find out what was wrong, so I searched them up on LinkedIn. Turns out they cancelled the webinar 45 minutes prior with no notification to anybody, and I ended up losing around 25 minutes waiting and messaging with a bot about when the meeting was taking place. I just wish I would've known it was cancelled when it happened, instead of finding out on my own time.

Top notch support for easy setup

I contacted the sales, billing and support teams all through the process of setting up my cloud vps solution in under a few hours including vpn and rdp access and each team was very professional, easy to work with, and efficient. Matthew on the support team was particularly helpful and understood what I was asking for even when I didn’t have the correct terminology. With the updated pricing coming way down it is a pleasure to sign back up with liquid web and I am very happy with both my past and current experience with their teams and product.

I've been with Liquid Web since 2008 using their dedicated webserver solutions. Their support has been great and they go above and beyond routinely. Highly recommend them!

It just doesn't get any better than this one!

This technician (Dylan?) was professional, patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. If I was still in the software business, I'd try and steal him away for my company's tech support department. I'd even give him the most comfortable chair!

He did a great job under most difficult conditions.

They are not responsive to issues with acceptable use

I have contacted this company for 5 months regarding a website they host that has content that goes against their own acceptable use guidelines. I have not received any response to address this, even though the site had my personal phone number and address listed.

Follow up to Reply :

It is deeply troubling that the company claims they cannot be locate the claim number, as I received this email from them:

"We have received your email request for Liquid Web Support. Ticket 20163872 has been created for you to communicate with us and follow along with our progress."

Clearly this company lies based on it's response to my review. The number of reviews from people with 1 or 2 reviews vs the number of real 1 star reviews from people with many reviews says it all.

Our tech, Thomas K., did and incredible job making our transition from an old server to a new server seamless, and I mean seamless. I have been a part of a lot of migrations and this was the the easiest by far. My thanks to him and the incredible customer-driven team and Liquid Web.

I talked with a great guy in tech support at Liquid Web today. I have the answer to my question which has to do with how much space we need.
I am editing my previous rating back to "5 stars due to the help he provide.
I had difficulty reaching someone to downgrade a plan and now have decided to keep the plan I have.
