Ubersuggest gave me the tools I needed
I used Ubersuggest for years to help me handle SEO optimization for a website I managed. The information and utilities provided made it very manageable to see positive steady grows for the domains organic traffic. If I were ever needing to work on a new domain I would use Ubersuggest again.

I purchased a lifetime plan with…
I purchased a lifetime plan with Ubersuggest, but after using the tool I realized it wasn’t the right fit for my specific needs. I contacted the support team on the very same day, and even though they were not obligated to do so, they kindly refunded my payment.
I really appreciate this level of fairness and customer-first attitude. The support was quick, understanding, and very professional. Even though the tool itself didn’t work out for me personally, this experience left a very positive impression. Great customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition.

I absolutely love this company. Anytime I have a question. All I have to do is talk to the bot. I swear it’s like talking to a human person. They always answer my questions quickly and completely. We have purchased the Agency Lifetime access for Orcanically Digital Marketing almost 4 years ago, which saved us a ton of money. The tool has been great. We have multiple team members who use it daily.
Mainly we use it for keyword rank tracking, to see where our client's websites rank for the most important keywords.
We don't get close to the plan limits, which is great.
We use the data from Ubersuggest in our reports, which our clients are impressed with.

I'm happy about what Ubersuggest offers…
I'm happy about what Ubersuggest offers as an SEO company. Keywords volumes are accurate (I cross-checked them with Google Keyword Planner) and offer great features such as keyword ideas and SEO analysis. UI is intuitive and integrated with AI features. I recently upgraded from an individual plan to a lifetime business plan because I expect this to grow in the future. Great customer support. Replies within an hour with the correct solution. Overall, worth for the money.

DON’T BUY LIFETIME subscription. Waste of $300 - it logs you out every time you use it. I reached out to customer service and they told me "it's like that"
Extremely annoying to see a massive "BLACK FRIDAY 90% off" on the side of my google searches, when I paid full price for a lifetime susbscription.
For Neil being a marketer, i'm really surprised by how bad the customer experience is. Why would you show cheap ads to someone who paid for premium?
P.s. I started listening to the neil patel podcast in 2014. I like neil, hate his software.
