Carolina Hurricanes goalie Brandon Bussi is between the pipes in Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Carolina trails Vegas in the Stanley Cup Final 2-1.

Bussi replaces Frederik Andersen, who has started each of the first 16 games of these playoffs. Through three games this series, Andersen has surrendered 12 goals against to go along with an .815 save percentage.

Game 4 marks Bussi’s first postseason start, but second appearance. The 27-year-old entered Game 3 to start the third period with his team down 4-0, and provided a scoreless 20 minutes in goal while the Hurricanes rallied with four-straight goals to force overtime.

Bussi stopped the first 18 shots he faced, including a penalty shot by Vegas forward Mitch Marner.
