Event Deital|Rinkai Line (original) (raw)
Following touring exhibitions in 14 cities worldwide, the event will be held in Tokyo
This exhibition is an immersive experience that uses the dedicated tablet device "HistoPad" to take visitors on a time-travel journey from the construction of the UNESCO World Heritage site, Notre-Dame Cathedral, to the present day.
As you walk around the venue, you can digitally experience the construction process, Napoleon I's coronation, and restoration efforts, enjoying a sense of immersion as if you are inside the cathedral while embarking on a historical journey.
This exhibition, which has toured various countries, is making its debut in Japan.
It will feature special content exclusive to this exhibition.
◆Exhibition Overview
When you hold the "HistoPad" up to the time portal installed at the venue, the historical landscape of Notre-Dame Cathedral will appear.
You can learn about the value of this World Heritage site and the restoration process interactively, experiencing it like a game while listening to explanations and audio guides via touch.
Additionally, a key feature of this exhibition is that visitors can engage in conversation and share emotions while experiencing the exhibits together.
The exhibition also focuses on the "cutting-edge science and technology" used in the restoration work, as a special display unique to Japan.
