The cast of Netflix’s Selling Sunset isn’t afraid to speak their minds — both on and offscreen — no matter whose feelings might get hurt.

The reality series made its debut in 2019 and has quickly become a fan-favorite during its three seasons. The series follows Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Heather Rae Young, Maya Vander, Mary Fitzgerald, Davina Portratz and Amanza Smith as they take on the challenges of selling some of Hollywood’s most impressive homes for bosses Jason and Brett Oppenheim.

Us Weekly confirmed in August 2022 that Christine was leaving the series ahead of season 6. The cast shakeup continued that same month with the addition of newbies Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young for seasons 6 and 7.

When they aren’t raking in the dough, the Oppenheim Group realtors can’t help but let their personal drama take over the spotlight. Not only has the cast members’ drama with each other followed them offscreen, but they’ve also sparked feuds with celebrities like Chrissy Teigen. Heather’s husband, Tarek El Moussa, and Mary’s husband, Romain Bonnet, have also found themselves implicated in the fallout.

Chrishell vs. Amanza

The pair figured out their differences in the season 7 finale but their feud was reignited off screen.

"Chrishell reached out and asked me if she could give me some money for my efforts, for my time and I had spent on designing her partner G-Flip's space," Amanza explained. "The amount of money that would've been given to compensate that was what I wrote to her."

Amanza said she requested 11,500fortheworksheputintopreparingdesignideasforChrishell′spartnerGFlip′sworkstudio.Chrishelloffered11,500 for the work she put into preparing design ideas for Chrishell's partner G Flip's work studio. Chrishell offered 11,500fortheworksheputintopreparingdesignideasforChrishellspartnerGFlipsworkstudio.Chrishelloffered5,000, which offended Amanza even though she ultimately took the offer. Chrishell and Amanza hugged it out before the reunion came to an end.

Nicole vs. Emma

Viewers were shocked when Nicole insinuated during season 8 that she heard Emma allegedly had an affair with a married man. The claims were never address on the show but Chrishell and Chelsea immediately rushed to Emma's defense.

Nicole, meanwhile, stood by her decision to address the topic on Selling Sunset.

“Instead of attacking me and accusing me of lying, I think you ladies need to ask your bestie some tough questions,” Nicole wrote on social media. “Did she let you know she was directly confronted on camera at the season 7 finale by the wife’s best friend? Even still, I stated this info as a rumor.”

Nicole vs. Chrishell

Chrishell and Nicole initially found themselves at odds during season 6, which premiered in May, feuding over their qualifications. Nicole accused Chrishell of only getting real estate listings because their boss Jason had a crush on her, prompting Chrishell to clap back.

Chrishell, who dated Jason for several months in 2021, shocked viewers with her attempt to gain the upper hand in the feud by claiming Nicole was on drugs at a group dinner. (Nicole denied the allegations.)

Before season 6 aired, Chrishell went on social media to seemingly question Nicole's intentions, writing, “The thirst for camera time on season 6 is REAL. Wow. That was insanity. But also SO transparent. Get your 15mins girl but leave my business out of it 🤡.”

Chrishell attempted to be cordial with Nicole — until she accused Emma of sleeping with a married man.

Bre Tiesi vs. Chelsea Lazkani

Chelsea was quickly skeptical of Bre when she joined the Oppenheim Group during season 6, which debuted in May 2023. Throughout the episodes, Chelsea questioned Bre's relationship with Nick Cannon and his unconventional family setup as the father of 12.

Chelsea later attempted to explain why she felt triggered by seeing "multiple kids in different homes," but Bre asserted that she wasn't interested in the criticism.

Season 8 escalated the situation after Bre brought up cheating rumors about Chelsea's husband, Jeff Lazkani. Chelsea accused Bre of setting it up so the drama would be mentioned while they were filming instead of keeping it off screen.

Christine Quinn and Emma Hernan argue over an ex on Selling Sunset

Christine vs. Emma

Christine was very vocal about her dislike of Emma, who returned to the brokerage while the new mom focused on her family. Christine accused her ex-boyfriend of cheating with Emma, later claiming that she was engaged to the guy at the time.

Emma founder recalled a different version of the story, which most of the ladies at Oppenheim Group supported.

Most of Christine's coworkers, except for Vanessa Villela, ended season 4 on Emma's side. Christine left Oppenheim Group — and later the series — after filming wrapped on season 5. At the time, Emma claimed that Christine bribed a mutual client not to work with her — which Christine denied.

Christine vs. Chrishell

From the minute Chrishell arrived at the Oppenheim Group in the first season, Christine had her doubts about the "two faced" former soap star. While they tried to put their differences aside and coexist in the work place, they couldn't quite see eye-to-eye.

Their feud continued through the third season, when Chrishell's divorce from Justin Hartley became a major part of the plot. They never worked out their issues before Christine left the show.

Mary vs. Christine

The coworkers started off the series as the best of friends, but their relationship eventually took a turn when Mary grew closer with Chrishell. When Mary celebrated two different bachelorette parties before marrying Romain in season two, she only extended an invitation to Christine for one of the celebrations, further causing a rift between them.

As the group headed into season 4, the divide between Christine and several of her costars was clear. Mary, for her part, accused Christine of lying about her not being supportive of her pregnancy.

Season 4 of the hit Netflix series later focused on Christine as most of her costars accused her of lying about her history with newcomer Emma. After Christine avoided most of the group all season, her and Mary found themselves in a serious fight during the finale, which seemingly marked the end of their friendship.

The duo attempted to work out their issues in season 5 — but ultimately couldn't see eye to eye. They didn't fix their issues before Christine's dramatic departure.

Davina vs. Jason

Despite pushback from her boss, Davina accepted a $75 million listing from a high-profile client during the show's second season. At the time, Jason was against taking on the "overpriced" sale, which would end up being "embarrassing" for the brokerage if they couldn't close a deal. By the end of season 8, Davina still hadn't found a buyer.

Davina returned to the Oppenheim Group after reconciling with Jason but didn't appear on the show.

Amanza vs. Heather

When Heather made her romance with Tarek El Moussa public, Amanza attempted to share some friendly advice from her perspective as a mom. "It terrifies me how fast you have met those kids," the interior design guru told Heather in season 2, prompting a quick clap back.

"It is going to work out. We are very serious," Heather retorted. "We are going to move in together, and we are moving forward with everything. I'm glad that you are worried about my boyfriend's children."

The pair later seemed to resolve their drama in the third season after being forced to work together on a remodeling project.

Davina vs. Chrishell

In the third season, Chrishell's shocking divorce divides the Oppenheim Group employees into two camps: Team Chrishell and Team Justin. When Davina pointed out that there could be more to the story than was made public, she quickly faced the wrath of her coworkers.

"The only thing that the viewers end up seeing is what I said, but ultimately I was coming from a very neutral position and Chrishell and I are not super close," Davina told Us exclusively in August 2020. "That doesn't mean that I don’t support her or that we're not friendly, but we're just not best friends. So I had no information. I really don't know that much about her or their relationship."

Chrishell later offered an update on where the coworkers stand now.

“To kick someone when they’re down is just something that you really should never do. Obviously, it was painful at the time," the DWTS alum shared during her confessional. "A lot of time has gone by. I really don’t hold a grudge but I do hold people accountable. I think there’s a difference."

The Cast vs. Chrissy Teigen

While binge-watching the reality show in August 2020, the Cravings cookbook author teased via Twitter that she was uncertain of the Selling Sunset cast's real estate credentials. "I look at LA real estate a lot and have never seen any of these people lol," she joked at the time, sparking responses from several of the Oppenheim Group realtors.

"She obviously has heard of us at this point so, I don't know where she's being hiding under a rock. We all are very active real estate agents and we are very, very busy at the moment," Heather told Access Hollywood after Chrissy's jab made headlines.

Mary, for her part, told Page Six that she "was so fangirling" over the former model's reaction. "Then she said that, I was like, 'Oh! That hurt my feelings!'" Mary added in August 2020.

Heather and Tarek vs. Christine

The former Playboy model's relationship with the HGTV personality became a central focus of season 3 — and Christine couldn't help but get a few digs in. While speaking with Page Six in July 2020, the Texas native joked about the couple's "interesting dynamic," even going so far as to compare them to Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from The Hills. "I call them 'Speidi' all the time because it’s like articles all the time about baking cookies, you know, watching movies," she said at the time. "It's ridiculous, so you know, you're going to see the girls and I just get so tired of it."

Four months later, the Flip or Flop star fired back. "Christine has a big mouth," he said during a December 2020 episode of the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast. "She said some s–tty things about us. ... We're not really interested in dealing with her nonsense."

Season 4 of Selling Sunset introduced the HGTV personality to viewers, who appeared in several scenes with his now-wife. In the finale, Heather attempted to address her issues with Christine, only to storm off after her coworker waved off the issues. Heather and her now-husband left the party without getting closure from Christine.

Davina vs. Romain

In the second season of the Netflix series, tensions grew between the two stars after the realtor poked fun at the fact that Romain proposed to Mary with a faux diamond ring. The snarky comment made Romain not want to invite Davina to his and Mary's wedding. After the drama played out on the show, Romain told fans in an Instagram Q&A in August 2020 that he thought Davina was "nothing special."
