This page includes pointers to additional IPR related status information for the XML Encryption 1.1 and XML Signature 1.1 drafts.
* Both specifications normatively reference RFC 6090, as a specification for mandatory to implement algorithms. Two disclosures have been filed against an Internet-Draft for that specification. Please refer to the IPR disclosure page for this RFC for current disclosure information. * A Working Group member has brought the US patents no. 6,704,870 and no 6,563,928 to the group as "two patents that seem to pertain." (see member-confidential archived note) * Research in Motion has filed a public comment containing a "Certicom IPR contribution for W3C XML"
