Terror and torment await at South Wales scare-fest (original) (raw)

For the third year in a row, underworld creatures are running rampant in South Wales.

Halloween scare-fest, Monsters of the Mine, will up the ante and alarm with its adrenaline-fuelled adventures at Zip World Tower this month.

Fly through the pitch-black night sky, race through a dingy coal mine at scream-worthy speeds, and be swarmed and terrorised by petrifying monsters; whatever you take on, you'll be embarking on an evening you'll never forget.

Terror Coaster

The Terror Coaster will see you tearing around the spooky coal mine in terrifying darkness.

With only your headlamp to guide you, your two-seater cart will dart through tunnels and weave around the track at unnerving speeds as the monsters roam and play their tormenting tricks.

Already an adrenaline-pumping adventure as it is, Zip World Tower's 620m seated zip-line will be even more formidable in the daunting darkness of the night and with creepy monsters lurking around.

A real show-stopper, this zip-line experience with a terrifying twist isn’t something you’ll forget in a hurry.

As if tackling 69 obstacles set across three storeys wasn’t challenge enough, try that in the eerie darkness with frightening monsters waiting below for their next meal.

Climb, jump, or do whatever you can to scale the Cursed Climber adventure course - just make sure to not look down.

Fear Flyer

The Fear Flyer mini zip-line experience will see you flying along two zip zones in the dark of night as the spine-chilling monsters prowl below.

Enjoy the time spent in the air as you escape the horrifying horde - but be careful, as soon as you're on the ground, the monsters will stop at nothing to throw your adventure into disarray.
