セレマ、テレマ（Thelema、/θəˈli-mə/）は、イギリスの作家、神秘主義者、オカルティスト、儀式魔術師のアレイスター・クロウリー（1875-1947）が1900年代初頭に始めた西洋の秘教的・オカルト的な霊的・社会的哲学[1]、新宗教運動である[2]。
