1000000000（十億、じゅうおく、one billion, one thousand million‚ one milliard, one yard[1]）は、自然数であり、999999999の次の数で1000000001の前の数である。英語ではone billion（ワン・ビリオン）あるいはbillionと表される。billionはbn[2][3]と略されることもある。
標準形式では1 × 109と表記される。SI接頭語のギガは基礎単位の十億倍を表し、記号はGである。
十億年は、天文学や地質学でアイオーンと呼ばれることがある。
イギリス英語（アメリカ英語ではなく）では、billionはもっぱら1,000,000,000,000（一兆）を表すが、もはや、ありふれたものではなく、この数十年で1,000,000,000という意味で使われるようになっている[4]。
milliardという単語もまた、1,000,000,000を表す単語として使われ得る。英語ではめったに使われないが[5]、この単語のバリエーションが他の言語でよく見られる。
インドの命数法では、100カロール（crore）または1アラブ（arab）として知られている。
