These easy Taco Sliders are a fun twist on taco night that’s ready in just 30 minutes! Top buttery slider rolls with taco seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and your favorite taco toppings.

Make Taco Meat – Using the provided recipe, cook the ground beef with the seasonings. You could also use your own favorite recipe or leftovers.

Prep Slider Buns – Get the oven preheating and spray a 9”x13” baking dish with nonstick spray. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally so you have two sheets. Add the bottom sheet to the baking pan and bake for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.

Assemble Sliders – Layer half of the cheese, the taco meat, and the rest of the cheese.

Brush Buns – Mix together melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Add the top sheet of buns, then brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.

Bake – Cover the pan with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5-7 more minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve – Top with chopped cilantro and slice between the buns to serve with toppings of your choice, like sour cream, Guacamole and Pico de Gallo.

Storage

These are best when eaten soon after being made. They can become soggier after being stored, especially if they have any toppings on them.

Storage – However, if you have leftovers, you can store them tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, with toppings stored separately.

To Reheat – Place in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350℉ for 15 minutes, or until warmed through. You can also microwave individual servings for 10 seconds.
