Senior Staff

All Senior Staff positions are paid roles and require that you have graduated from grade 12. These roles are the Camp Counselors, Junior Staff Director, Kitchen, Maintenance and Corn Maze positions.

Junior Staff

All Junior Staff positions are voluntary, unpaid, leadership training experiences. You must have completed grade 9 in order to apply for one of these positions. We have Counselor-in-Training (CIT), Wrangler-in-Training (WIT) and Kitchen Help Positions.

3E Internship

3E is an intensive internship at the Youth Farm Bible Camp. The program is designed to train young adults (age 18-25) in spiritual maturity and be equipped with industry-recognized leadership skills to lead in all aspects of camping and through this to demonstrate, share, and shine the love of Jesus on lives. 3E empowers young adults to grasp, utilize, and enlarge their God-given gifts, talents, and interests as they are immersed in Christian ministry. It incorporates Christian discipleship, intentional mentoring, leadership training, and personal development. We are looking for young adults to partner with us in Christian camp ministry to provide a place for them to grow in their relationship with Jesus, to share Jesus with others, and to serve others.

Summer Ministry

Scholarship

We know that our summer staff work hard, serve beyond expectation, and love big and it's not only YFBC that recognizes this great way you choose to spend your summer. The value of camp is seen by your churches and schools. This is why many of them have scholarships and awards to bless you for your weeks of service.
