Sixth Iranian barrage hits central Israel; 100-kg missile strikes Tel Aviv, damaging buildings and vehicles, while six are lightly wounded; additional damage reported in Rosh HaAyin

A missile carrying a 100-kilogram warhead struck a small street in central Tel Aviv, causing extensive damage. The sixth Iranian barrage since midnight led to severe destruction of three buildings and nearby vehicles following a direct hit.

Cars were declared total losses after the missile struck the road, and nearby buildings sustained heavy damage. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported. Four people were treated for very mild smoke inhalation and were not evacuated to hospitals.

Israel’s Magen David Adom rescue service said at least six people were lightly wounded across four impact sites in the city. Footage from the scene showed heavy damage to a building and multiple vehicles, with thick smoke rising over parts of Tel Aviv.

Fire and rescue teams were dispatched to the impact site in Tel Aviv, reporting blast damage, structural hits and burning vehicles. They extinguished the fire, searched for trapped individuals and disconnected energy sources. Authorities later said people were found in a shelter in one of the buildings and contact was established with them. “Their presence in the shelter prevented casualties,” fire services said.

Tel Aviv District Commander Haim Sargarof said at the scene: “I can say this was a missile with a warhead of about 100 kilograms. There is extensive damage here; this was a direct hit. The fortunate part is that it struck the middle of the road and not a residential building.”

At the same time, from the same Iranian barrage around 7:30 a.m., at least two apartments in Rosh HaAyin were damaged. The municipality said an unexploded munition was located on a central road. Police bomb disposal units and security forces are at the scene.

Earlier, loud explosions were heard across the greater Tel Aviv area following the latest round of launches, with initial reports indicating missile impacts at multiple locations. Emergency teams were dispatched to at least two sites to search for casualties.

Air raid sirens sounded across central Israel, including the Dan region, the Shfela, the Sharon and parts of the West Bank, after launches were detected toward the area.

The overnight barrage was part of a continuing series of Iranian missile attacks since midnight, targeting multiple regions across the country.
