WHAT IS YFBP?
YFBP is our formula to balance out disciplined spiritual practice with playfulness and a light hearted approach that doesn't dumb down the practice or throw out its original potency. We wanted to create something that made people feel welcome to the yoga practice without feeling like they needed to be anyone they weren't.
We found that retreats were a powerful way to practice this daily balance of focused practice with some good old-fashioned fun. We called it YFBP because spiritual practice is rebellious by nature, and we like to color outside the lines every now and then.
