Employing a meticulous screening process, we examined 62 articles sourced from repu-table databases such as Science Direct, Elsevier, JSTOR, Emerald, Springer, Wiley Online Library, SAGE, and Google Scholar. Our objective was to provide a comprehensive overview and enhance understanding in the field of nonprofit marketing. The analysis of these selected articles revealed eight pivotal themes within NPM: marketing strategy, fundraising, collaboration, trust, branding, entrepreneurship, social media campaigns, and performance measurement. Through a systematic approach, we integrated these themes, shedding light on the interconnectedness of research within each domain. Our study not only consolidates a fragmented body of research but also identifies critical gaps, laying the foundation for future investigations. These gaps include a scarcity of multi-country level analyses, limited studies in developing country contexts, a deficiency of comparative ana-lyses between developed and developing countries, and an insufficient exploration of the intersections between nonprofit and for-profit marketing.

Utilizing a systematic literature review methodology, 46 articles that met stringent screening criteria were analyzed, with key information extracted. These articles, sourced from databases such as Science Direct, Elsevier, JSTOR, and Google Scholar, centered on studies related to RBV and DCs. Thematic content analysis was employed to distill the primary research focus on RBV and DC. Search terms included "resource-based view," "firm resource approach," "dynamic capabilities," "firm capabilities," and "organizational capabilities." Inclusion criteria were based on search boundaries, publication date, language, and search strings, while exclusion criteria included relevance, quality, and duplication. The analysis yielded five major themes related to RBV (knowledge-based, human, physical, technological, and organizational resources) and four primary themes regarding DCs (marketing, operational, innovative, and alliance/integration capabilities). These themes were scrutinized to comprehend the current state of knowledge, identify research gaps, and suggest future research opportunities. The review reveals that while RBVs emphasize how a firm's resources contribute to its competitive advantage, DCs elucidate how firms can cultivate a competitive advantage in fluctuating environments. Areas underexplored in existing research, such as the types of resources influencing financial and non-financial performance, the measurement of a firm's capabilities, and the critique of RBV, present potential avenues for future investigations.

The study used time serious secondary data to be collected from Commercial Bank of Ethiopia data base. The study had found variables that can affect the total deposit of commercial banks. Eight variables are regressed with the dependent variable, i.e. total deposit; these variables include Total Loans and Advances, Total Revenue, Total Expense, liquidity, Total Asset, Consumer Price Index, and Operating Expense. The analysis techniques have been chosen suiting the study's objectives and nature of variables. All these variables are tested using Eviews 20.0 software VAR model. The result of Johansson co-integration test with lags in level shows in the long run Reserve Requirement and Consumer Price Index are negatively affect the Total Deposit in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia whereas the Total Asset, Total Liability and Total Loans and Advance affect Commercial Bank of Ethiopia`s Deposit positively and all are statically significant. Once the variables are co integrated we used the vector error correction (VECM) to determine the short run coefficient. And In the short run, among the given Determinants of Commercial Bank Deposit only Consumer Price Index and The total Loans and Advance are significant and affect the Deposit in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia negatively. Finally the study had recommended what should be done to mobilize more deposits.

However, there is a gap in the literature regarding the linkages between HR systems and ethical practices that govern workplace conduct. This study aims to fill this gap by demonstrating how past research has integrated HR systems and work ethics. We used a systematic literature review method to analyze the development of the field over the last decade. To synthesize a fragmented body of research and map out its relationships into a more integrated whole, we reviewed and analyzed 47 articles that met the selection criteria and extracted important information. Based on the findings, the relationships between HR systems and employee well-being are viewed from two contradictory points of view: mutual gain and a critical perspective. Our review also found that failing to adhere to ethical principles and values may result in numerous detrimental outcomes in the workplace, including poor performance, employee

More specifically, the study uses five years (2016-2020) data for fourteen private commercial banks in Ethiopia. The study used multiple linear regression models to determine the relative importance of each independent variable using OLS to estimate the relationship between CAR its determinants by STATA 13 econometric software. The findings show that bank size, return on equity, loan to asset ratio affect capital adequacy ratio negatively whereas return on asset, loan loss provision affect capital adequacy ratio positively. Hence, it is recommended that to be sure that bank have adequate adequacy reserve, commercial bank and national bank of Ethiopia should give attention to the risk associated with bank size, caring bank loan and deposit initiating to increase their return on their asset and to manage their equity return.
