Its vibration characteristics not only relate to driving smoothness and driver’s comfort, but also closely relate to driver’s safety and health. It has received much attention from researchers. This paper presented a review about the development status of tractor driving seat suspension system in China, analyzed existed problems, and discussed future development approaches.

A unifying mathematical framework for state estimation is reviewed, and several examples are shown that il- lustrate a general approach for estimating variables that are difficult to measure. The diversity of the applica- tions discussed and examples presented serve to demonstrate the potential advantages of using state estimation methods. curate determination of angle of attack, pitch angle, and vehi- cle velocity during dynamic maneuvers. These "states" were obtained by integrating functions of measurements from the pitch-rate gyro and normal and longitudinal accelerometers. Initial conditions and bias terms were determined from airspeed and altitude measurements at the steady-state end points of the maneuver. The resulting "smoothed" time- histories were then used as a basis for subsequent parameter identification studies. As Gerlach has pointed out, the technique of state estima- tion provides both a check on instrument accuracy and data consistency, and estimates of unmeasured or poorly measured variables. These items have been the primary objectives in most of the studies that followed Gerlach's original work. His students later improved and formalized the techniques that Gerlach had developed.3'4 In this country, early advocates of the use of state estimation for flight-path reconstruction were Wingrove5'6 at NASA, Eulrich and Weingarten7 at Cal- span, and Molusis8 at Sikorsky Aircraft. Over the past few years, the work in this field has been evolving toward the use of more complete kinematic models, the development of more sophisticated algorithms, and the treatment of more difficult applications. State estimation as a means of checking instrument ac- curacy and data consistency is now used by many flight-test groups.9"21 Once a consistent, smoothed set of time-histories is obtained from the data, other analyses, such as identification of stability and control derivatives, are readily performed. In fact, relatively simple routines may be used for identification tasks, allowing the analyst freedom to develop a proper aerodynamic model. Since the data-consistency application has been extensively treated in the literature, it will not be discussed further here. Instead, the paper will address some of the more recent applications of aircraft state estimation in ob- taining estimates of difficult-to- measure variables.

The core objective of this paper is to theoretically analyze the effect of employees’ proactive behavior, employees’ organizational commitment and dysfunctional organizational climate on organizational innovativeness focusing on the banking industry and to explore how participative leadership style moderate these relationships. Using the Crant theory of proactiveness the employees’ proactive behavior is found to have a positive effect on organizational innovativeness. Likewise, Organizational Commitment Model of Meyer & Allen confirms that employees’ organizational commitment have positive effect on the organizational innovativeness. Despite the economic importance of fish farming at the household and national level, farm households have paid little attention to the sector in the study area. Consequently, this study was undertaken to examine the determinants of farm households' participation in fish production. For this purpose, a cross-sectional survey with 120 households was conducted to collect quantitative primary data. Descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and binary logit model were used to analyze the data. The result indicated that farm households' participation in fish production is determined by various socioeconomic and institutional factors. Age of the household head, educational status, household size, extension service and access to modern transportation service had a statistically significant effect on farm households' participation in fish production. An attempt to increase farm households' participation in fish production should give special attention to the existing heterogeneity in socioeconomic and institutional factors.

Cross sectional descriptive survey research design and mixed of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyzing approach were used. This survey was conducted with 123 respondents using purposive sampling technique and key informants to collect data. Both primary and secondary types of data were used. The study reveals that corruption is highly prevailing in land sector of the study area. Regarding to its effects, this study reveals that corruption in land sector is highly affecting the development of socioeconomic and political aspects of the study area. In this respect, some of its specific effects are include reduced interest of political participation, reduced transparency and accountability, affect economic growth and investments, reduced taxation & revenues, discourages people to work together for the common good, caused disputes among the society and evictions are some of the effects of the problem. The study also recommended that commitment is needed from the concerned bodies to provide strong policy of controlling mechanism and strongly work to minimize the corruption in the land sector.

To this end, Cross sectional descriptive survey research design, and mixed approach were used. And, questionnaire was distributed among 142 respondents, and an interview was conducted with 18 key informants to collect data. Besides, secondary data were used. The data collected through questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20 while the data collected through interview were analyzed qualitatively. The study reveals that corruption is highly affecting the socio-economic development of the study area. In this respect, some of its specific impacts are include negatively affect the social relation of the society, lack of provision for infrastructure among society, affecting equality rights of using resources, making the gap between the rich and the poor wider, affects standard of living, unnecessary conflicts among the society, decreasing the town investment, highly reducing taxes and revenues, negatively affecting the total economic growth of the municipality and etc. are some of the problems of corruption and its impacts. Thus, corruption is highly prevailing in Shambu town that affects socio economic development in the study area. It also a serious problem that Shambu Town are suffering from and a setback to the development efforts of a town. Thus, the study recommends that commitment is needed from the concerned bodies like the government, the anti-corruption commission, the woreda court and the civic association to provide strong policy of controlling mechanism especially on the office holders, to set systems and structures that can reduce corruption and ensure efficient delivery of services to the community, to impose strong responsibility on the town administration offices and should be to make a Learnable punishments and establish good governance and democratic leaders in the town and strongly work to minimize the corruption on socio-economic development.
