Each part of the prescription can induce many problems and create numerous inaccuracies, such as: incorrect determination of the level of payment for the drug, incorrectly prescribed dosage of the drug or the lack of a medical stamp with the doctor's corrections. Such frequent errors can often cause communication problems between the doctor, the patient and the pharmacist, and affect the perception of the doctor and pharmacist's professional prestige by patients. From this point of view, it seems justified to be necessary to modify the existing prescription pattern and introduce to it the kind of changes that would enable complete pharmaceutical care and self-treatment of patients.
