WELCOME to eTRAC !

You are about to submit a project review or permit application.

eTRAC is only intended for project submissions seeking to fulfill compliance under the Antiquities Code of Texas and/or Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.

• Archeological Permits may be submitted through eTRAC. Applicants must register for access to the Archeo review tab before submitting an application. Please see eTRAC Permit Training Portal.
• For aboveground State Antiquities Landmarks (SALs), Historic Buildings & Structures Permits must be submitted via email to hspermit@thc.texas.gov.
• For Recorded Texas Historic Landmarks (RTHLs) and Easements, please submit a review request via email directly to Division of Architecture staff. RTHLs may use this application form.

By submitting a review or application you acknowledge that any Historic Buildings & Structures Permits and RTHL and Easement review requests incorrectly submitted to eTRAC may be delayed in processing and review.
