It has been defined by Stiglitz, Sen and Coleman and Nixson as transformation, enhancing capabilities and improvement, respectively. Balochistan which is the largest Province is facing many problems in certain areas. Its population is scattered, people mostly live in small hamlets with little amenities of life. The economy of the province is agricultural and horticultural and social setup is to a great extent tribal and traditional. Education is in shambles, literacy rate is very low and teachers do not perform their duty properly. To address the myriad of problems in Balochistan, there is a dire need of investment, increasing literacy rate and quality of education, marketing and export of agricultural products, tax incentives for industry, judicious use of mineral. Tackling these problems is a Herculean task, however some suggestions have been highlighted in the paper which could help in further study in alleviating some of the problems.

The Western countries and Israel are convinced that Iran is building a nuclear bomb while Iran insists on the peaceful use of nuclear technology under the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Nuclear negotiations between Iran and P 5 +1 (five permanent members of UN and Germany) had been going on for the past five years. The success of the nuclear deal will be a major game changer and will have profound effects at regional and international level. The failure of the nuclear deal will plunge the region into further anxiety and insecurity.

Which has vast area of land and different climatic zones. The economy of Balochistan is mostly agrarian and horticultural and variety of crops and fruits are produced in the province which is in fact the fruit basket of the country. Livestock is also the mainstay of the economy of Balochistan and Government's financial and technical support is needed in rangeland improvement. The major impediment in the agriculture development of the province is shortage of irrigated water and the impact of climatic change. Prolonged drought has been catastrophic in the agriculture sector. Haphazard growth of tubewells has led to the depletion of underground water resources alarmingly. The Government can focus on the rehabilitation of Karezes and in the coastal areas desalination plants can be established. Trickle irrigation, concrete storage tanks and channels can save much water and the contaminated water in cities can be treated for growing vegetables. Paucity of electricity is a serious problem which can partly be dealt with supply from Iran and introducing renewable energy at subsidized rates. Linked to agriculture are the plants/trees and wildlife which are near to extinction and need special attention. His work on critical pedagogy and adult literacy continues to shape our educational system. The article is any attempt to explain his basic educational teachings with regard to education in Balochistan. His teachings on education as a political act, banking concept of education and critical consciousness are explained. Freire had particular sympathy for the oppressed people of the developing countries whose cause he advocated in his writing. The article has mainly used secondary sources for the conduct of research.
