This paper offers an analysis to relations between Turkey and South Korea under the effect of Kor... more This paper offers an analysis to relations between Turkey and South Korea under the effect of Korean War. The war changed destinies of both states also giving chance for deeper relations between them. After joining the Korean War, Turkey’s visibility increased in the international arena. The Turks acquitted themselves in a brave and noble fashion in some of the worst conditions experienced in the Korean War. Their heavy casualties speak of their honor and commitment. Turkey and South Korea named their relationship as blood brothers after Korean War. Attendance of Turkish troops in critical places during war paved the way of victory and recognition of South Korea as independent state. Besides, Turkish troops’ behavior against Korean civilians throughout the war created continual indebtedness by Korean citizens. Today, Turkish and Korean governments have several partnerships in various fields and their interactions are increasing day-by-day.

It also includes pursuit of free market economy. In the beginning neo-conservatives emerged as liberal intellectuals who rebelled against the Democratic Party's leftward drift during 1970s. They were the people who strongly opposed to the expansion of communism. On the other hand Neo-conservatism is accepted by opponents as combining military power within the Wilsonian ideology. However Irving Kristol, one of the neoconservative leader, defines neoconservatives as "liberals mugged by reality."

adverting the main problems about homosexual presence. Specific countries have fostered
important rights to gay people while some countries enacted harsh punishments against LGBTT
actions. Difference among these countries is mostly constituted by their political orientation.
Therefore, this paper offers a perspective for analyzing effect of political orientation on
supporting gay rights. Proposing the research question ‘’Does the political orientation have an
impact on supporting homosexual rights?’’ this paper will be asserting different ways and
methods to find a proper answer for the question. There have been several reasons to frame that
question. Importance of minorities in democratic countries, the world’s present situation for
declining individual freedoms and on the other hand, victories achieved by LGBTT persons are
main aspects that are linked with the research question. For better analyzing dependent and
independent variables, that paper will be using different source of statistics which belong to
recent studies. Liberal theory depending on individual freedom, universalism and equality and
moral theory preserving traditional values and forming conservatism will be essential to
understand the topic of that paper which is composed of attitudes toward gays.
