I was doodling for a while then I kind of doodle some of the Gem as MAD MAX characters, it was interesting, so I kind do try to do more... then I thought "Man, I should made a pic of this" but I was too lazy to use Digital colors. Yeah, it would might look cooler but it would had take me forever!

Then I think, let go with Pencil Only, because that way it would be FASTER and more relaxing.

Then I thought "Aww come on, This is my first time doing Ruby and Sapphire and I will use only Gray Tones?" So I thought OK.. lets use color pencils... but only pencils! No Ink, No pen, No markers, No anything BUT pencils! ONLY PENCILS and COLOR PENCILS!

...and well it end up looking Kind of good! specially since I didn't plan the backgrounds.. I almost never plan the backgrounds!

I had to admit I had no idea it would end up looking like that specially since it's TWO page long!

And well for the people who doesn't know much of MAD MAX, here are the characters who the Gems and Connie are playing:

Lion as "Max's Dog" from MAD MAX The Road Warrior

Connie as "Imperator Furiosa" from MAD MAX: Fury Road

Steven as "Max Rockatansky" from every single MAD MAX Film

Well this is a strange piece... but well I have my moments too...
