Lois Lane is a journalist from the Daily Planet.[3] She is the wife of Clark Kent and the mother of Jonny Kent.

Physical appearance[]

Lois is a Caucasian woman with grayish blue eyes. Her hair is long and black, and she keeps it loosely tied back.

History[]

Lois lived with Clark Kent and their son in an apartment in Metropolis.[4] She retained her maiden name after getting married.[2]

2018[]

Lois brought Jonathan to a play date with the children of other heroes, hosted by Iris West-Allen. Jonathan played with the children and his mother caught up with the other parents.[5]

2020[]

Lois was on the phone with Clark and expressed her concerns about Conner and the current troubles on Mars, but was reassured. Lois also spoke to Clark about their son's progress in potty training. Clark became concerned Jonny was developing Kryptonian powers, in part due to confusion over a poor connection, and boom tubed home[6] to find everything was okay.[7]

On the Kent family farm, Lois and Jonny played with Wolf until Martha Kent called everyone inside for dinner. Lois complimented her mother-in-law's ability to keep the boys under control. However, the evening turned sour when Jonny asked if Conner would be joining them for dinner, startling everyone. Lois and Clark gave each other a saddened expression and realized Jonny did not understand the truth about Conner's death.

Lois tried to remind Jonny of their prior discussion since they had previously told him that Conner passed away. However, Lois and Clark realized that Jonny misunderstood the meaning and simply believed Conner could not come to visit at the time, but firmly believed he would arrive at the farm due to previous visits. Lois remained silent as Clark explained to Jonny the truth that Conner had died as well as the meaning of life and death, but assured him that although Conner was gone, he would always continue to live on in their hearts and memories. Lois showed Jonny a photograph of the happy times he shared with Conner as reminder of their fond memories of him.

Later that evening after putting Jonny to bed, Lois went to the front porch and informed Clark that Jonny seemed alright, but found her husband in tears. Clark confided to Lois he blames himself for Conner's death, believing if he had only arrived sooner than Conner might still be alive. However, Lois believes that Clark would've died alongside Conner and began to express how his death would have affected herself and their son. Lois understands the selfishness in her words until Clark admits he is the true selfish one, admitting his deep remorse for how unfairly he had treated Conner in the beginning and regrets all the time he wasted. Lois reassured Clark he had long since made up for his mistakes and that Conner knew how much how they both cared for each other as brothers. Lois states that in the end all anyone can is to simply love and cherish one another, comforting Clark as they shared an embrace.

Lois, Clark, Martha and Jonathan Kent happily watched as Jonny rode on Wolf's back.[8]

Lois came home with Jonny as Clark was listening to Beast Boy talk about Superboy on TV. Lois and Clark explained that they had been wrong about Conner's death, discovered he is alive and showed a delighted Jonny Conner and M'gann's video wedding invitation.[4]

Lois attended Conner and M'gann's wedding.[4]
