Under the impact of the international financial tsunami, the design industry's environment&#3... more Under the impact of the international financial tsunami, the design industry's environment's sudden change has intensified. The uncertainty of economic and non-economic factors that exist in the external environment within the industry has increased consistently. The design industry expects accurate forecasts of the industry's evolution trend, which has become an almost impossible thing to achieve, but the effectiveness of entrepreneurship success in achieving it has become an issue. The entrepreneurial concept has made the information technology applications, like the internet, wealthy. For new companies, the competition in the market is fierce, and though the design industry has focused on design and innovation in product development and design efforts for a long time, in thinking patterns, relationships, resources use, entrepreneurial concept, design, and management, funds made are lost to the general industry sector. Business diversification is needed to face the competition in the market at the start-up level, and the characteristics of the design industry could easily lead to an entrepreneurial failure. In this study, the combination of analysis from the entrepreneurial management concept and meaning of the choice of the operating environment and design resources and design capabilities explores, with the use of questionnaires submitted to focus groups of industry, government and academic experts, discussion of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), quantitative research and analysis, and thus construct entrepreneurial resource assessment weight indicators. It will be integrating three strategic dimensions: Design resources, Entrepreneurial intelligence and Business environment, and will list ten strategic themes. The final level of analysis will list a total of 56 entrepreneurial resource indicators to evaluate this model. Finally, through case studies, this paper tries to prove to the United Architects of the design industry with a case study to explore the actual content of entrepreneurial resources and design practices and find a link between correlation and detection of entrepreneurial resource indicators, to assess model consistency. It will further summarize and enhance entrepreneurial performance recommendations to serve designers, craftspeople, architects and design management teams. It will further contribute to the understanding of the composition, and succinctly, link the resource elements and the performance of entrepreneurial activity in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship, to increase the entrepreneurial success ratio, in order to further control and manage, but also hope that design entrepreneurs achieve business success as a new venture through the research mode reference model.

It has much bearing over the creation of its brand. Faced with ierce competition in global markets, our enterprises tend to blur the image of their products and make it dif icult for consumers to grasp the connotation of the enterprises and to have a better understanding of what they do although they have a wide variety of products. However, they still show weakness in the ield of product identity. This study is aimed at exploring how enterprise designers use their techniques to shape identity products which can be linked with the brand ef iciently, in order to ill in the hole in this area. This study uses qualitative research to analyze and interpret the thesis data. Among them, the literature research, content analysis method, in-depth interview method and focus group method are used to compare and summarize the data, and construct with rooted theory. We found that we can shape the identity product by designing the identity product through the speci ic rules. Product identity consists of product composing factors and product shaping factors. Only when we develop key product identifying features and characteristics of the group can our products be recognized,on which the strategic thinking elements to identify the product are based.

However, what features or characters are really recognized as Taiwan is essentially important from the cultural aspect of point. This study focused on the investigation of design style and cultural identities of Taiwan teapots. It employs the methods of focus group and KJ method from four professional ceramicists who have won grand prizes to generate the constructs of Taiwanese design style on teapot. Samples of contemporary teapots are exclusively collected and analyzed. As a result, the reviewers have been identified some fundamental principles for the design of Taiwan teapot. Further, tentative models for the design of ceramic teapot with Taiwan identity are also proposed for the cultural identity study and future development of contemporary Taiwan teapots.

However, even with the strong impact of globalization and consumerism in recent years, design-oriented scientific thinking and sustainable development models are not yet available. Based on Stanford Design Thinking, this study explores the prospect of the sustainable development of traditional handicrafts. First, a literature review and analysis were conducted to show that design science, as a bridge between natural science and humanities, aims to improve the important methods and research tools for the sustainable development of traditional handicrafts. Then, we studied ceramic product design via workshops. Methods such as action research, expert questionnaires, and factor analysis were adopted to establish 24 "indicators of the sustainable value of handicraft design" and four value dimensions, namely, "material and innovative value", "handicraft and cultural value", "empirical and local value", and "sharing and interactive value". Next, an experimental method was employed to make design product prototypes according to the design-thinking procedure. These prototypes were measured and evaluated with the indicators to form an evaluation report. In addition, the exploration of the sustainable development of traditional handicraft design also contributes to the establishment of a sustainable development model of design thinking. It was demonstrated that scientific design is the current trend and future of the sustainable development of traditional handicrafts. Finally, this study put forward five dynamic thinking methods and design strategies, providing the most direct methods and theoretical evidence for the sustainable development of traditional handicraft design. Finally, taking design thinking as the sustainable design framework, five dynamic thinking approaches were proposed: Thinking with the body, thinking with the mind, thinking with the heart, thinking with the hands, and thinking with the soul. Five design strategies were also proposed: Enquiry learning, values education, future problem solving, experiential design, and appropriate assessment. These approaches and strategies provide the most direct method and theoretical basis for the future of sustainable design regarding traditional Chinese handicraft products.

Through a literature review and semistructured interviews, this study clarified 19 key items of the design strategies for the sustainable development of solar term culture, and conducted factor extraction through factor analysis using SPSS statistical software on four types of expert questionnaires, including production, government, learning, and research. Then, four target layers, including humanistic aesthetic value, social sustainable value, practical innovation value, and scientific development value, were formed, thereby establishing a solar term culture design strategy indicator model. Secondly, the detailed indicators of the design strategies for solar term culture were employed to verify and evaluate the existing three types of design products, namely, graphic visual design, handicraft design, and commodity packaging design to conduct an overall evaluation and design value judgment, as well as the sustainable development of solar term culture design. Finally, the target levels of the four major aspects of solar term culture design were compared using SWOT analysis, and then, this paper discussed the design strategies, improvement basis, and characteristic developments of three different design types of design products or commodities regarding their design and development, in order to improve and construct a sustainable nonmaterial solar term culture design model.
