DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Horse Serum (HS). Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5-10% CO2; 37C; saturation density 2x1,000,000 cells/ml.
This Ly-2/3 negative cell line was derived from the parent cell line AKR1.G.1 OVAR.1.26
