RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split confluent cultures 1:3 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 33C.
Similar to Nthy-ori 3-1 (90011609) but was transfected with a temperature sensitive mutant encoding SV40 large T antigen. The cells grow at 33C.
