2439. Undefined term in definition of “usable in constant expressions”

According to 7.7 [expr.const] paragraph 3,

An object or reference is usable in constant expressions if it is

• ...
• a complete temporary object of non-volatile const-qualified integral or enumeration type that is initialized with a constant expression.

The phrase “initialized with a constant expression” is not defined (which causes problems withstd::is_constant_evaluated). It would be better to use “is constant-initialized” instead.

Proposed resolution (October, 2019):

This issue is resolved by the resolution ofissue 2126.
