InlineAsmSym in rustc_ast::ast - Rust (original) (raw)
Struct InlineAsmSym
pub struct InlineAsmSym {
pub id: NodeId,
pub qself: Option<P<QSelf>>,
pub path: Path,
}
Expand description
Inline assembly symbol operands get their own AST node that is somewhat similar to AnonConst
.
The main difference is that we specifically don’t assign it DefId
inDefCollector
. Instead this is deferred until AST lowering where we lower it to an AnonConst
(for functions) or a Path
(for statics) depending on what the path resolves to.
Note: Most layout information is completely unstable and may even differ between compilations. The only exception is types with certain repr(...)
attributes. Please see the Rust Reference's “Type Layout” chapter for details on type layout guarantees.
